Local Transportation: F, A, C trains, East River Ferry
About our listing: Imagine a space with a bank of windows so vast, Trump's hypothetical wall would be jealous. A floor plan so open, the local 24/7 diners can't even keep up. Ceilings so high, they make Snoop Dog look sober. We come with appliances galore (Vitamix, Keurig, panini press, dishwasher, microwave, fridge) Superior (read: pretty decent) DJs on hand at all times (read: during regular business hours) to provide mellow mood music for your listening pleasure and a myriad of plants we've somehow managed to keep alive for longer than 6 months. With natural light to rival our own luminous personalities, and a well-stocked cache of caffeinated beverages, we feel like we should be voted Best Personality for office space.
Calling Dumbo home means a few things: spectacular views of the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridges, a bevy of beautiful people and their dogs, a 5 minute walk to the F, A, and C trains (as well as the East River Ferry if you're feeling fancy), and dangerous proximity to one of the best grilled cheeses in the city (seriously, this place boasts some aggressively gooey grub.)
About Us: We're a full-service digital agency; a growing team who is borderline-obnoxiously passionate about helping clients create meaningful, human connections that inspire action. We love 60's French Pop, almond croissants, pizza (and most other iterations of bread+cheese), bathroom humor, sci fi, Joni Mitchell, bubble tea, fresh flowers, and jolly ranchers. If we were a house on Game of Thrones, we'd be the Tyrells (open-minded and ambitious.) If we were a vegetable, we'd be a carrot (practical, yet funky).
Our Ideal Match: We're on the hunt for a few small(ish) groups of folks 3-8 people, ideally to form our very own business-y Breakfast Club. We're asking for a minimum three month contract, but hoping for something long term. We're hoping to find someone that meshes well with our creative vibes, so if you're feeling on us, please respond by calling show contact info or responding to this post to schedule a tour! Thanks so much!
