SHARED OFFICE SPACE
We have a 1400 loft like office space in the heart of DUMBO, Brooklyn, one block from the F train and 8 blocks from the A and C trains.
Lots of windows, natural light, and views. Our office, OPerA Studio Archtiecture, is a 7 person boutique architecture and design firm. We are using 2/3 of the space and would like to sublet one third of the space to a single tenant. The available space is essentially one column bay at 476 s.f. or 28'x17' clear. The space can accommodate 6 desks with a small meeting area at the center, or 8 desks maximum. It is not furnished. We have wifi and accounts for heat and electric.
The length of the sublet is variable. Let's talk. The price listed ($1,920 or $320 per person) includes your share of the utility costs. It is based on an occupancy of 6 people or less.
