We have a lovely office available on Fridays and Saturdays, perfect for a nutritionist, therapist, lawyer, or other professional looking for a nice space to meet with clients. Office is in a beautifully maintained, modern building in the Flatiron district and is shared by three registered dietitian nutritionists/journalists on other days. Prefer to share with people in similar fields, but the office is located on a floor with lots of great people in diverse industries (including law, tech, fashion, and film), so as long as you're a responsible/nice/easygoing professional you would fit right in.
The office is nicely furnished, with three desks and a guest chair, warm lighting, minimal and tasteful decor, exposed brick. And for the health professionals out there, it also comes equipped with a scale and stadiometer for measuring height and weight :)
Rent is $600/month and includes front desk receptionists on Fri during business hours, doorman (no receptionists) on Sat, wifi, cleaning service, and a nice kitchen with a big fridge and free coffee.
Looking for someone to sublet for roughly 9 months (our lease ends May 2015), with possibility of extending if all goes well. Ideal candidate will take both Fri and Sat, but we'd also consider renting Friday alone for $475.
