Graphic designer/ fine art photographer is looking for a quiet, professional, and courteous tenant to share a beautiful renovated studio with himself and two other small businesses. Ideal for designers, developers, photographers, writers or other small business owners. 

The entire 1000 sq ft studio is an open and warm space that is divided into individual work areas, a large shared conference area, and a gallery wall. Along with your own desk and work area you can use the shared work/conference table and gallery. The conference and gallery spaces can be used for photo shoots, projects, meetings, etc. Use of gallery wall for exhibits is negotiable. Space will occasionally be used evenings and weekends for exhibits, workshops, and readings.

Rent includes desk, filing cabinets, bookshelves, internet, fax, utilities, garbage removal, and basic cleaning. The space has a security system.
