The IDEAL place to work - Bushwick

Hello!

We have an amazing 900 sq ft. studio loft that we call CRE8. We have put a lot of love into making it a beautiful, peaceful and exciting work environment and now we're ready to share it with the right person.

Carmine is a visual designer and Megan is a filmmaker. We both work independently but enjoy having the camaraderie of another creative to bounce ideas off one another, have lunch together when we need a break from the computer, and to throw occasional parties/gallery openings. We would love to find someone with a similar work ethic (professional, fun, easy-going). We think the space would be ideal for a graphic designer, video/film editor, photographer, web developer. . . you get the idea. 

CRE8 is located on the 3rd floor of The Bogart Building which is home to more than 70 artists and creatives. Our space has tons of light and is furnished with a kitchen, lounge/meeting areas and storage. The available area is set up and ready for use, complete with a desk and shelving. 

We are located in the heart of Bushwick directly across the street from the Morgan Ave. L stop, so it's super convenient to get to the city (10 minutes to Union Sq, 5 minutes to Bedford Avenue). It's also a 10 minute walk to JMZ trains. There are some great bars and restaurants in the area, as well as a natural market & coffee shop across the street (and Roberta's Pizza!).

Rent is $400 per month which includes utilities, high speed WiFi, shared land line, printer/scanner & bottled water service. Space is available Feb. 1st. No lease (timeframe is negotiable).
