(290 square feet) and you would share this area with one other person ($370 per month) or take the whole space for $700 a month.

It is part of a larger, 1200 square foot studio that has 1-3 people working in it (usually weekdays only) but the 290 square feet is mostly partitioned by 8 foot high walls. There's a 
slop sink, large fridge and microwave in the larger shared area and a private bathroom as well. 
Ideal for painters, photographers, etc. No dust making, no smoking, no pets. There's a nice yoga 
studio in the same building.
