Art Studio for Sharing (E. Williamsburg)

Three painters in a big, beautiful studio are looking for a third person to share it with asap! 

You would rent approx. 250sq. feet in an 1100sq. shared studio. Rent is $350 plus utilities. The space is an open L shape divided by curtains. We are looking for someone who is respectful, fun, and really serious about their studio practice. The space is lovely and well located. There are windows on 2 walls, so everyone has tons of natural light. One wall overlooks the street and the other a community garden for your viewing pleasure. The building is near the L, G, and JMZ trains (so convenient!), and is close to coffee, bars, groceries, etc. You will need 2 months security plus first months rent to move in.
