Great artist's WORK ONLY studio just 2 blocks from the L Morgan subway stop with tons of 

sunlight (16 feet of south facing windows.) 24 hour access. 2nd floor. The space is about 21x14 

(290 square feet) and you would share this area with one other person (currently a painter).

It is part of a larger, 1200 square foot studio that has 1-3 people working in it (usually 

weekdays only) but the 290 square feet is mostly partitioned by 8 foot high walls. There's a 

slop sink, large fridge and microwave in the larger shared area and a private bathroom as well. 

Ideal for painters, photographers, etc. No dust making, no smoking, no pets. There's a nice yoga 

studio in the same building.
